Mary Mooney

mary mooneyAs a User Experience Architect with an MBA in Technology Management and Innovation, Mary has a broad range of experience spanning usability to visual design.
She works at all levels and stages from project inception, research and requirements gathering, navigation design and usability testing.

She led the strategic design of the Novartis Intranet and was responsible for the information architecture (IA) and employee experience. Mary led many UX projects in Europe for companies such as Diners Club, Bank of Scotland and SGS for Cambridge Technology Partners.
She worked as a Research Artist for Sun Microsystems where she specialised in perception, colour and symbology for the Industrial Design and Human Factors department. Before working at Sun, Mary worked as a Usability Specialist and Interaction Designer on projects for Time Warner websites and Interactive TV trials.
Mary has also taught Information and Visual Design at industry conferences and at the collegiate level. When Mary has spare time, she gets out her pencils and paints and makes Art which she has exhibited and sold.
